About the Role:
The Human Resources Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations within the manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for facilitating new hire orientations, ensuring that all new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and understand their roles. The HR Assistant will also provide essential information and assistance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, fostering a positive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Conduct new hire orientations to familiarize employees with company policies and procedures.
- Provide information and assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
