As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area. 

Your New Role:

• Greeting customers; answering customer phone calls and assisting in-store customers. Identify, source, and invoice needed parts and products.
• Restocking and maintaining visual displays both in retail store area and in stock room.
• Inventory control processes, including parts stocking, daily orders and warehouse returns. 
• Maintaining work area and stock room in a neat and orderly manner.
• Assist in annual physical inventory counts.
• Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong customer service experience; in-person and over the phone. 
• Experience working with a warehouse environment.
• Experience working with inventory control.
• Previous automotive or dealer product support.
• A willingness to learn and be trained.
• The ability to manage time and attendance. You must dependable, self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
