Construction Technology Support
As our Construction Technology Support, you will be a key player in providing direct, on-the-ground technology support at active construction job sites. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for delivering, replacing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and mobile devices across the St. Louis metro area. Based out of our St. Louis headquarters, you will play a vital part in ensuring system uptime, user productivity, and connectivity in challenging, real-world environments.
Your Impact:
- Onsite Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on IT support at construction jobsites throughout the St. Louis area.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform Windows 11 migrations and device upgrades in the field.
- Mobile Support
- This is a mobile, field-based position-not a traditional desk job.
- Use a company-provided vehicle to travel to various job locations daily.
- Hardware Lifecycle Management
- Collaborate with IT Hardware Support Specialists to manage device lifecycle processes.
- Maintain inventory of commonly used devices and accessories in your company vehicle.
- Plan and prepare support activities proactively.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and skills development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- Technical or vocational education in IT or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT deployment, support, or integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS and iOS devices.
- A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Construction industry experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
