As our Financial & Planning Analyst you will report to the Director, Finance of our Service North America team and you will help provide financial insights, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making to optimize our performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and profitability assessments for service offerings.
- Assist in the development of financial models to predict future performance and analyze potential risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
- Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify areas of financial inefficiency and suggest improvements.
