Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected family law firm in the western suburbs (St. Charles, IL) on an exciting opportunity for a Family Law Associate Attorney to join their collaborative and close-knit team.

What They're Looking For:
- 2-5+ years of family law or domestic relations experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Experience managing contested or high-conflict litigation
- Self-motivated, proactive work style
- Commitment to client communication and service
- Six-figure base salary with performance-based bonus potential
- 1800 billable hour target
- On-site schedule with strong mentorship, collaboration, and client-facing experience that's hard to replicate in a hybrid environment
- Clear advancement track and robust professional development support
