Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production staff and operations.
- Ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor production employees.
- Maintain production records and report on performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Work with other departments to ensure material availability.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure goals are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision.
- Knowledge of injection molding and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in production software and MS Office.
