Founded in 1963, Marcy Laboratories is a contract manufacturer of fine fragrance and home fragrance products with locations in West Chicago and Glendale Heights, IL.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an account manager to join our team. Account Manager duties will include maintaining and growing existing accounts, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service for those clients.

Must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Build relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction.

· Work closely with production and quality control staff to help coordinate client specific productions of finished goods.

· Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner.

· Must have the ability to coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings via phone (Teams, Google Meet, etc.)

· Must be a problem solver and self-starter who is able to figure out solutions.

· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential.

· Ability to write purchase orders as needed as it relates to client specific needs/materials.

· Must possess excellent e-mail communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers in an effective and respectful manner.

· Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
