Rate of Pay:                $89,856.00 to $105,000.00 per Year

Duties: Work with a team to deliver challenging sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations; interact with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions, manage project related documentation, perform research, conduct weekly meetings and develop reports and memos communicating technical details, processes and action items; lead project delivery and drive client satisfaction throng teamwork and relationship development; deliver consistent, timely, high quality work meeting project requirements in a cost effective way; develop technical documentation, proposals, and presentations to clients; provide written and oral comments and reports to design teams, owners, and contractors; support project executives on large complex projects and assignments; manage finances on assigned projects, such as project set up, AR, and invoices; and develop scope and schedule for assigned projects. May telecommute.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Sustainability, Sustainable Design or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or sustainability-related occupation.

Experience must include:

• Communicating and translating technical requirements for LEED, Fitwel, WELL or WELL Health Safety Certification;
• Sustainable design and construction administration of sustainability goals, architectural design & commissioning process and how it overlaps with building certifications;
• Architectural and MEP systems in new buildings, retrofits, and construction of tenant spaces;
• USGBC, GBCI, IWBI processes and procedures for LEED, Fitwel, or WELL certification;
• Developing and cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective clients;
• Computer graphics software such as Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu;
• Review LEED certification projects; and
• Sustainable design concepts including Operational & Embodied Carbon, Health & Wellness and Materials.
