Thrive with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring for a Local Sales Account Manager (Television Ads) in Durham, NC.
As a Local Sales Account Manager (Television Ads) you will:
be responsible to lead and manage television Ad Sales accounts from booking to invoicing. This role takes a leadership position within the sales team to provide insight on advertiser behavior from both the buying and trafficking side of the agency. The right candidate is meticulous and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment, wants an opportunity to make a significant impact and jumps at the opportunity to tackle new challenges.
• Support all Local Multimedia sales (Linear, Addressable, Programmatic, Self-serve) from sale to Post-Sale
• Steward accounts and provide maintenance for assigned clients (pre sales to post sale)
• Collaborate to execute campaigns and address client reporting needs and manage campaign performance
• Execute Budget of order revisions
• Input orders & provide ongoing feedback for improved efficiencies
• Partner with Traffic to mitigate any discrepancies with commercial placement
• Support by engaging client personnel as needed and other Advertising stakeholders
• Partner with Finance to assist with billing responsibilities
• Execute against political sales volume as needed
• Liaise with Accounting/ Traffic Coordinator to execute pricing adjustments, order revisions,
and other invoice adjustments
• Liaise with Traffic to ensure agency positioning and programming needs are met
• Review all up-to-the minute program changes with sellers and managers
This is a full-time hybrid 6-month opportunity.
Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday. Monday-Thursday is on-site, Fridays are remote from home.
The ideal candidate must have:
• 1+ years preferred in related industry
• Can operate within the context of highly defined, routine processes and procedures adhering
to organizational deadlines
• Proven leadership & problem-solving skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Proven leadership & problem-solving skills
• Has experience and enjoys both working independently and collaboratively with a team
• Interested in working in a fast paced, team environment
Pay Rate: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
