This vacancy is for a Special Census Field Manager (CFM) position for the U.S. Census Bureau, Chicago Regional Office, in the Special Census Office located in Yorkville, IL

Duties

• Maintains effective public relations with the community within the office boundaries, such as the local news media, community leaders and organizations, and local government officials.
• Resolves community complaints concerning problems in the Field to assure a timely and efficient Special Census operation.
• Provides group and individual training; monitors daily assignments; and provides advice and guidance to subordinate staff.
• Maintains and oversees workflow timelines for work performed in the Field operation.
