POSITION: Account Manager
WORK LOCATION: 300 Memorial Drive, Suite 100, Crystal Lake, IL 60014
WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week or Full-time
SALARY RANGE: $128,000 ~ $134,000 per year
JOB DUTIES:
Increase existing business with assigned accounts in the fragrance industry. Ensure the company wins briefs through efficient project management, both proactive and reactive. Manage projects for clients, including sales, forecasting, and tracking monthly goals. Accountable for preparing and reviewing sales budgets on a monthly basis to maintain the accuracy of sales forecast figures and expense management. Partner with creative teams to develop innovative ideas, new technologies, and experiential touchpoints based on brief requirements. Develop project strategies and action plans aligned with principles, knowledge of customers’ strategic priorities and preferences, and awareness of market trends and competitors’ movements in the fragrance industry. Set proper working costs and selling prices according to corporate guidelines, engage in price negotiations to achieve the required gross margin, and seek management approval if necessary. Up to 2 days a week remote work optional. Travel Requirement: NJ (monthly), San Francisco, CA (quarterly), St. Louis, MO (bi-annual), & Japan, France, or Southeast Asia (annual).
