Grubhub Holdings, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Fraud in Chicago, IL.
Duties: Assess fraud trends, surface value-saving opportunities and implement them through our products and fraud infrastructure. Help build and maintain Grubhub’s defenses against fraud across various areas via our tools while optimizing the experience for good users. Manage through fraud KPIs and business drivers for both existing and new vectors and drive results at the micro and macro levels. Analyze ambiguous problems, surface business recommendations, test and implement solutions. Work cross-functionally, partnering with Finance, Technology, Product, Marketing, Logistics, Care, Restaurant, Legal, PR, Security and other teams to define opportunities, and recommend and implement changes. 100% Telecommuting permitted within the MSA.
