QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years within or servicing the insurance market.

  • Experience in navigating complex interactions with senior executives across various industries, showcasing a nuanced understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.

  • Advanced skills in precise executive communication and the effective creation and delivery of engaging presentations.

  • Advanced expertise in comprehending intricate insurance carrier processes.

  • Demonstrates an advanced ability to critically analyze and devise creative solutions, enhancing the efficiency of sales cycles.

  • Advanced expertise in the strategic development of account and organization plans.

  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.

  • Familiarity and comfort with Google suite of products, including Slides and Sheets.

  • Ability to travel 35-45% for client needs and annual company events.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$119,300.00-$172,850.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
