Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, driven, dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing initiatives across strategic Midwestern markets via our social media channels. In this role, you will be pivotal in both content creation and curation, customer engagement, and playing a key part in our overall marketing strategy. Reporting to the Creative Marketing Manager, this position thrives on collaborative efforts across all departments, functioning like an internal agency to drive cohesive and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:

+ Create and curate engaging/creative social media content, including photography, digital imagery, graphics, videos, and written copy.

+ Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

+ Manage social media accounts and regularly post updates, interact with followers, and monitor user comments.

+ Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

+ Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the brand is always at the forefront of industry trends.

+ Collaborate with other marketing and communications teams to ensure brand messaging looks and feels consistent across all channels.

+ Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand reach.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in social media management or a related field – portfolio of previous work required. 3 or more years of professional experience.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.

+ Proficiency in social media analytics software.

+ Experience and proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, etc.) and associated content creation tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, Canva, etc. A.I. content creation experience a plus.

+ Experience with social media advertising campaigns.

+ Experience with paid social media campaigns, from strategy through execution.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

+ Creative problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to adapt quickly to changes in social media trends and algorithms.

+ Ability to travel to commercial shoots as well as outer markets to capture content.

+ Employment Type: Full-Time

+ Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, Illinois

+ Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + potential bonus

+ Hours: Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM
