•Maintains outside of building and grounds. May be required to operate power equipment for plowing snow and clearing walkways.
•Maintains plant shrubbery by pruning and fertilizing.
•Maintains orderly appearance of grounds by sweeping walkways and paved areas, and general cleanliness of building and grounds.
•Performs cleaning of outside of building.
•As assigned, assists in routine maintenance and services of building utilities including heating systems, air compressors, water systems, boiler and electrical system.
•As assigned, does building painting including walls, doors, equipment.
•Performs testing of alarm systems and on fire equipment.
•May be required, when properly trained, to dispose of hazardous waste.
•Follow the established Quality systems and policies.
•Follow the established Safety systems and policies.
•Performs other duties that may be assigned.
