Job Description

1. Discuss patent disclosure with clients, draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications in the technology areas of manufacturing technology, electronic hardware, software, mechanical devices, etc.
2. Analyze various Office Actions issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)and draft well-reasoned and organized responses with appropriate legal citations in the technology areas of manufacturing technology, electronic hardware, software, mechanical devices, etc.
3. Conduct legal research and draft legal memorandums and briefs on patent infringement cases before federal courts.
4. Participate in case evaluations and appointment schedules and participate in conferences or discussions between attorneys and clien
5. Draft legal opinions, memos, claim charts, and contentions with respect to patent litigations, etc.
6. Draft a Post Grant Review (PGR) and Inter Partes Review (IPR) petitions and responses.
