Responsibilities

Functional Description:
During the 10 week summer internship program, you will join a team build on collaboration and working cross-functionally. You should be familiar with fundamental research methodologies, tools, and techniques and we will help you apply these to answer key business questions. Empathy for the shopper, their daily lives, and various activities that impact them will also be discovered in this role. Location will be either Chicago, IL, Purchase, NY or Plano, TX.

Responsibilities may include:
* Address key business issues or strategic opportunities (shopper, channel, brand or category focused)

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
* Currently pursuing a degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business related majors (other related majors may be considered)
* Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred
* Ideal candidates demonstrate strong collaborative, analytical, data management and mining skills
* Exemplary communication, analytical thinker, and leadership skills
* Proven leadership capabilities

Minimum Qualifications :
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
* Be completing their MBA studies. Graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
* Hold a MBA degree prior to the intended full time start date

The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2026 campus intern openings is $55.50 - $56.00 hourly
* Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions.   
* Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
