- What You'll Be Responsible For
- You'll be the operational linchpin between our warehouse, sales, production teams, and suppliers. Your work will help forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure seamless rollouts for our customers.
- Forecast inventory needs using our Sales Pipeline and rollout schedules
- Place inventory orders once sales opportunities meet required thresholds
- Track lead times and identify potential delays in customer rollouts
- Monitor container repair stock and de-installations as inventory sources
- Manage outbound purchase orders and ensure timely execution
- Review contracts for setup and billing requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to meet delivery expectations
- Join implementation calls to align on delivery timelines and financial approvals
- What You'll Bring
- Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Solid understanding of forecasting and demand planning
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables required)
- Ability to work independently and maintain Central or Eastern business hours
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience in operational environments or production platforms
- Familiarity with contract review and billing coordination
