Regional Sales Manager - International

OTTO’s opportunity:

Our Regional Sales Manager - International is responsible for leading all sales activity outside the United States, including managing the performance of international manufacturer’s representatives and distributors. This individual will develop and execute global strategies to grow revenue, build channel capabilities, and strengthen customer relationships across diverse markets throughout the Rest of World (ROW) region.

Specifically, the Regional Sales Manager - International will:

  • Manage all non-U.S. manufacturer’s reps and distributors to ensure alignment with company goals, sales targets, and service expectations.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop high-performing international channel partners; recommend transitions or replacements where needed.
  • Drive regional execution of strategic account plans, pricing strategies, and market penetration initiatives.
    Support partners with training, technical guidance, and marketing resources to help them represent the brand effectively.
  • Track international market trends—including customer needs, competitive dynamics, pricing shifts, and regulatory developments—and report insights to internal teams.
  • Oversee implementation of distributor programs, campaigns, and promotional activities tailored for each international region.
  • Monitor pipeline opportunities across global regions and provide assistance with high-impact opportunities to drive close rates.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its international sales channels, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics) to remove barriers for international growth.
  • Travel internationally as needed to meet with channel partners, attend trade shows, and support key customer engagements.
  • Participate in quality, product, and customer-related reviews, including supporting MRB processes and issue resolution.
  • Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
