Job Description
We are looking for a Building Maintenance Tech to join a growing team. The Maintenance Technician will be assisting with the repairs within the facility and maintenance of equipment
Requires general knowledge in the carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, concrete forming/finishing, painting, roofing, flooring, and electrical trades. Requires a minimum of 5 year of relevant work experience with increasingly responsible performance.
- Basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings and other facilities;
- Maintenance and care of grounds/landscaping, roads, rail track, underground water/sewer lines, and other infrastructure;
- Operation, care, cleaning and storage of equipment and tools;
- Extensive physical activity, including seasonal work associated with land and property maintenance such as snow removal, tree removal, landscaping and manual labor;
- Operation of large equipment (eg: bobcat, attachments, and backhoe); and
- All other duties as assigned.
