What You Will Do
- Inspect and clean facilities and grounds.
- Maintain supplies in supply room.
- Perform limited preventative maintenance work.
- Collect waste and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Appropriately handle recyclable materials as part of the waste disposal program.
- Perform lawn upkeep services, such as mowing or weeding.
- Perform general labor work orders, requested by internal customers such as responding to questions, cleaning, or moving furniture.
- Education: Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 year sin similar role.
- Customer Service Orientation: Committed to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to deal with change and adapt to a changing environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and focus on avoiding errors.
