Job Description
Looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships within a designated territory. This role involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Previous Industrial Sales experience helpful.
Base salary plus commission, with strong growth potential after first year.

Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Regularly visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify additional sales opportunities.
Sales Process Management:
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders and ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in a CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity logs, and pipeline status.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, and product development) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sales training, and company events.
