Our award-winning property is a contemporary, all-suite hotel in the heart of downtown Rockford. With 160 riverfront suites, on-site restaurants, a fitness center, and more, we deliver top-tier hospitality in a vibrant setting.

What You'll Do:
Make guest rooms shine-clean, fresh, and ready for every arrival
Restock linens, towels, and amenities so guests feel cared for
Check rooms carefully for quality, comfort, and presentation
Keep your supply cart neat and fully stocked
Assist the laundry team with washing and folding as needed

What We're Looking For:
An eye for detail and a love of keeping things clean
Dependable, positive team players
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (a plus, not required!)
Friendly and professional with guests and coworkers
Availability to work weekends
