Job Description
Our global financial services client is seeking a Project & Operations Specialist to join their team for the next 3 months, 40 hours/week. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Chicago, IL.
Role Summary
The Project / Operations Specialist supports the Integrated Marketing Business Operations team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The specialist will lead cross-functional initiatives, track OKRs, and provide strategic reporting to senior leadership.
Top Must Have Skills
Proven experience in project management within client service, Global Banking, or Treasury Services
Strong understanding of organizational structure and product offerings, especially channel and payment solutions
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Additional Qualifications
Background in technology or financial services project management
Technical aptitude and familiarity with production environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure settings
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion
Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress
Prepare and present status reports to upper management
Lead teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Implement controls and compliance measures
Drive process optimization and track OKRs for Integrated Marketing
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
