WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

  • This is a hands on working supervisor position
  • Utilize your maintenance skills to help your property meet unit turn and service request standards, as well as ensure grounds and common areas shine.
  • Ensure maintenance team delivers great resident service while performing job duties.
  • Schedule and execute all service requests to ensure timely completion. May include minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC or appliance repairs
  • Conduct general inspections with agency partners and oversee remediation of any violations.
  • Ensure completion of vacant unit turns and service tickets at established standard.
  • Maintain upkeep of the building common areas, trash chutes and trash chute rooms, bathrooms, grounds, and systems at standard.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance for property.
  • Maintain inventory and submit all orders proactively
  • Inspect property mechanical systems and immediately address safety issues.
  • Share emergency on-call  in partnership with the other Maintenance Team member.
  • Partner on budgeting with Community Manager regarding maintenance expenses.
