Now Hiring Forklift Driver

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to support our
warehouse operations and fulfillment team in Romeoville, IL. As a key player in our logistics
process, you’ll be responsible for safely operating reach trucks to move, organize, and retrieve
inventory throughout the warehouse. You’ll also assist with various tasks including receiving,
stocking, staging, and inventory control to help ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
● Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move, locate, stack, and count
merchandise.
● Accurately load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using a reach truck or
other equipment.
● Move inventory to appropriate storage locations and ensure proper organization of
palletized goods.
● Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and inventory control tasks as
needed.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
● Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines; report any safety hazards or
concerns promptly.
● Work closely with warehouse leads and team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
● 1+ year of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution
environment (required).
● Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and basic computer skills for tracking
inventory and processing orders.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail
and safety.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
● Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Worksite Location:  Romeoville & Bolingbrook Area
Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday +  Saturdays as needed

• • 1st Shift: 8AM-4:30PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
