Job Description
Will provide services at various locations in Kane, Will, DuPage, & Cook Counties, IL.
Diagnosing and treating mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and medications. Key responsibilities include: Patient Care: Collect and analyze patient history, conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide direct or directed care, including medication management, therapy, and hospital rounds. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough and timely patient records, follow security standards, and comply with HIPAA regulations. Collaboration and Oversight: Work with therapists, provide supervision to healthcare professionals, and assist in the development of clinical education programs and organizational policies. Quality Assurance and Professional Development: Participate in quality improvement activities, stay current with psychiatric practices, and ensure compliance with accrediting standards. Administrative Duties: Support management in policy development, program expansion, and staff training.
While physician will work at multiple sites, she will not be working at third party sites. Rather, VNA has multiple work locations, and physician will be working solely for VNA at specified locations in Kane, Cook, DuPage and Will Counties, IL.
