Job Description
Our well-known pharma client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for a 2 year assignment.
This is hybrid, onsite 3 days/week in Mettawa, IL.

In order to be considered Project Manager must have:
1. PM experience in an internal or external ad agency a must
2. Incredibly detail oriented
3. Proactive and effective collaborator
4. Strong communicator
5. Extensive experience creating estimates, timelines, and meeting notes
Project Manager will primarily manage product launch and label change safety document updates, Communicate to working team on approval of safety documents and Occasionally work longer hours upon FDA product approval
The Project Manager (I) works closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with their respective internal business partners.
Knowledge/Skills/Responsibilities:
- Understand client guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva PromoMats review and corporate compliance.
- Understand the client's Workflow Process, including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production and archiving.
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
-Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload.
-Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.
Project/Process Management:
-Assist on print, digital, and video projects, including trafficking all projects
-Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist with providing estimates and timelines.
- Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.
- Track time daily.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required
- 4-8 years of ad agency experience required (minimum), pharmaceutical experience a plus
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
- High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
- Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
