The Corporate Accounting Manager leads a team to deliver financial reporting and uphold compliance standards. With sharp attention to detail, they review statements, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement. Their leadership empowers accountants to perform at their best while safeguarding the integrity of financial operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the accounting function to ensure precise financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing accounting team through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Audit financial statements to detect and resolve discrepancies, safeguarding data integrity.
  • Partner across departments to optimize workflows and boost operational efficiency.
What You Will Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: CPA required.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in accounting role, with 2-4 years managing people. Public accounting experience preferred.
  • Systems: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Python or SQL. Oracle experience preferred (FCCS, ARCS, Fusion). ERP implementation experience a plus.
  • Skills: Experience with AI, automation, and data driven decision-making a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Customer focus, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000- $140,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
