G & J Trucking, Inc., a trusted name in the Monee community for 30 years, is looking for a skilled and reliable Refrigerated Truck Driver to join our local delivery team. Key Responsibilities:

* Safely operate a Class A or B straight truck or tractor-trailer with a refrigerated unit.

* Transport temperature-controlled products (e.g., food, produce) to customers in the Chicagoland and surrounding areas.

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and refrigeration unit are in optimal working condition.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, delivery documentation, and temperature records.

* Monitor and adjust trailer temperatures as required to protect the integrity of the cargo.

* Provide professional and courteous service to all customers during pick-up and delivery.

* Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.

* Adhere to all company safety standards, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

* Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

* A minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.

* Refrigerated/food delivery experience is a STRONG PLUS.

* A valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Card).

* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

* Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.

* Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle loading/unloading as needed (pallet jack provided).
