What You’ll Do
As part of our accounting team, you’ll play a key role in high-impact work.
• Become a leading financial expert for the company on topics ranging from transportation costs to R&D investment
• Have end to end ownership of month-end close assignments from recording to reporting
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking
• Create clear, actionable reports that inform decision-making
• Help shape the future of finance in a modernizing industrial supply business
Who You AreWe are seeking bright, curious, and ambitious individuals eager to make an impact. Ideal candidates have:
•CPA license (or progress toward completion)
•2+ years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting
•Strong accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills
•Excellent communication and analytical skills--able to clearly explain complex or ambiguous data
•Experience with SQL (preferred)
Cash Compensation
• Total cash compensation is generally around $154,000 to $167,000 and includes profit sharing based on company profitability.
