Job Description
In the AMT/United Way 2-1-1 Call Center, you will be responsible for all incoming calls from community members in need. Our Call Specialist will work within a small team to connect community members with appropriate resources to aid with non-medical emergencies.
What you will do:
- Provide top notch customer service to community members
- Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and compassion
- Align callers' needs with available resources and make appropriate referrals
- Advocate for callers
