Job Description
Work closely with customer to identify their requirements. Analyze and records the requirements for manufacturing aspects. Design CAD and DRC analysis for all requirements and finalize requirements with clients. Detect problems caused in CNC panel/ machine and to find the reason for the problem and bring the solution. Need to ensure similar problem does not occur in future. Ensure head manifold electric motor runs without any issue. To ensure temperature of high level and low-level sensors across various heater systems are in stable position. Skills to solve all the problems regarding CNC machine, electric motor and heater systems. Ability to do wiring from AC to DC, transformer and single-phase power. Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Conduct tests and inspection pf products, services or processes to evaluate the quality of performance. Contribute on building architecture and generate low level design (LLD) components which will be used to manufacture the printed circuit board. Perform analyses to ensure complete integration test of electronic design components and systems is completed. Provide end user support once the product is delivered.
