Job Description
Volt is immediately hiring a Technical Services Supervisor for a manufacturer in Fairview, ORThis is a working supervisor role, combining leadership with direct, hands on involvement in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
As a Technical Services Supervisor you will:
- Lead and support a skilled technical service team
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and processes
- Ensure smooth warranty and escalation handling
- Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years in technical support leadership
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Industry experience in material handling or industrial equipment preferred
- Must be able to work on-site in Fairview, OR (not a remote role)
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay for this position is $80k - $100k annual base, plus monthly bonus opportunity
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
