Department: The Treasurer’s Office -
Division: Treasurer
In this role you will:
• Process receipts for parking ticket payments received through the mail, at the window and electronically daily.
• Acts as clerk for parking ticket hearings.
• Gather information from violators, ticket writers, police officers, traffic wardens, public works, corporation counsel and the hearing officers for hearings.
• Enter parking ticket data into personal computer to both create and update records and answer questions about parking ticket issues.
• Assist with debt checks
• Answer parking ticket inquiries via telephone and in person from the public.
