Job Summary
The Budget Manager provides essential fiscal and administrative support to the Autism Professional Learning and Universal Supports and the Center for Intensive Behavioral Supports projects, statewide grant projects offered through the Department of Special education at Illinois State University. This position ensures effective budget execution, financial reporting, and compliance with grant and institutional policies. The role utilizes strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and an ability to manage multiple fiscal processes for a complex, multi-stakeholder initiative funded through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
