Job Description
Cabinetry Production Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising the cabinetry production team that makes custom cabinetry, doors, and trim from a variety of wood species.
- Assign tasks and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Provide training and support to team members, promoting skill development and safety practices.
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement best practices to enhance production workflows.
- Ensure machinery and tools are maintained properly and in safe working condition.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other departments to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, labor hours, and material usage.
