As an Accounting Technician IV, you’ll work independently, take initiative, and provide excellent customer service. You’ll pay attention to detail when processing customer tax /returns payments, reconciling batches to payments, creating new taxpayer accounts, and trouble shooting customers’ accounts. Additionally, you’ll assist customers with Sales/Use Tax Information via phone, email, and in-person.
