The Mailroom clerk plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the mailroom at TransUnion's Corporate Headquarters. This essential onsite position ensures the timely and accurate processing of mail, packages, and invoices while also performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the mailroom and facilities management.

What You'll Bring:
Corporate mailroom experience (sorting mail, shipping and receiving mail and packages)
Experience with FedEx, Pitney Bowes, USPS, US Messenger, Uline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Outlook.
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a typical office environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and temperature changes.
Shift Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Impact You'll Make:

Open, prepare, sort, read, review, count, scan and batch incoming mail and all other necessary documents such as contracts, legal communications, law enforcement reports, or departmental requests. Index documents in OnBase

Meet or exceed efficiency, production, and quality standards each month and ensure departmental procedures are followed

Collaborate with team members and management

Share office equipment including scanners and workstations and ensure it is cleaned up after use before passing on to another team member

Relay production concerns timely and effectively to supervisors

Work on special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
