Job Description

1. Utilize business analysis skills to develop, recommend, and lead new processes.
2. Apply statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
3. Employ an analytical framework leveraging industry research and best practices.
4. Establish and leverage relationships with internal business partners, corporate enablers, and external partners to conduct business analysis for projects and investments and deliver technology solutions.
5. Plan studies of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
6. Supervise all manufacturing projects, plans, strategies, and priorities, including production needs, schedule, resources, etc., and ensure production meets the required deadlines and quality standards within the budget.
7. Collaborate with the financial team to develop a budget and spending plan.
8. Work with the Marketing & Product Manager to develop a pricing policy for new and existing tooling products in alignment with business strategy.
9. Provide regular progress and challenge reports to leadership teams.
10. Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.

10% of time spent on international travel for the purpose of visiting Smartcorr overseas offices.
