Product Marketing ManagerHybrid | Offices in Lakeville, MN; Bloomington/Normal, IL; Naperville, IL; Sun Prairie, WI
Our client, a financial services organization serving the agricultural industry, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This role offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week onsite.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that connect with consumers in the agricultural space. You'll collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life and explore new marketing strategies to drive results.
You must have professional agriculture experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integrated campaign development
- Lead execution across channels including:
- Direct Mail, Email, Paid Digital & Social, Print, and Events
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and marketing teams including Events & Education, Digital, Brand & Creative, and Marketing Operations
- Explore new marketing trends and approaches
- Support initiative planning, project prioritization, and budget management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in marketing and advertising, ideally within the agriculture space
- Direct-to-consumer marketing expertise across email, digital, social, print, and direct mail
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with the agricultural industry and seasonal marketing cycles
- Comfortable presenting to peers and stakeholders
- Skilled at managing multiple projects at various stages of development
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
