Position: Junior Retail Media Planner (Years of Experience 1+)
Location: Chicago, IL / Scarborough, ME / Salisbury, NC
** 99% remote during contract, 3 days/week on-site once FTE
Duration: Contract to FTE
Type: W2 Contract to W2 FTE. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W2 candidates will be considered. Standard 40 hours/week *exception for holidays
Pay Rate Range: W2 $27-30/hr
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Retail Media Planning/Strategy (not creative)
- Experience with Digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with MS Suite
- Ability work on-site in one of the above cities 3 days per week once converted to a full-time employee
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Member of the Digital Strategy - Retail Media Team
- Responsible for creating the media strategy using a varied suite of digital media tactics.
- These tactics can include social media, onsite or offsite planning, etc. depending on the need.
- Provide strategy and budget for campaign plans.
- Support the team in the creation of omnichannel digital media plan strategies.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to develop consumer insights.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are on track and deliverables are accurate.
- Proactively keep up to date with media and technology trends
- Develop strategic POVs (point of views) of media partner offerings and technology as it relates to client objectives.
- Assist with presentations and documentation.
- Develop, update, and maintain materials and process documentation to streamline team operations
