Desktop Support Technician

Location: O’Hare Airport
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Rate: $25 per/hr
Tasks to be performed:
Automated imaging of PC equipment, Installation and removal or PC equipment, inventory and movement of PC equipment. Physical work, WIN7/WIN10, Automated SCCM deployment processes. Can lift over 45lb. Candidate must be flexible with work hours, work location and travel schedule.
Skillset Details:
2 years PC migration/deployment experience. WIN 10, Mobile iOS/Android, Automated imaging tools SCCM, Data Migration, Outlook configuration, IP Configuration. Very good communication skills, very good troubleshooting skills, very good organization & time management skills, very good customer service/interaction skills. physical ability to move heavy equipment to and from deployment sites.

- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
- Mobile iOS/Android Experience
- Maintain established processes that support adherence to TSA, Customer, and Local Airport regulations.
- Ability to work all shifts and all days as assigned.
- Work in the airport terminals & on/around Aircraft
- Operate independently and safely with minimal supervision
- Operate company’s vehicle safely using defensive driving techniques Valid Driver’s License is required
