Job Description
Essential Functions- Under general direction, serves as a Webex Collaboration & Project Manager for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), performing Webex Control Hub support through architecture configuration and management such as managing users, settings, and analytics and performing project management functions.
- Analyzes and identifies metric trending and performance anomalies related to Customer Service Center (CSC) projects and reviews CSC technical project/operational performance metric reports (relating to DoIT projects) created by the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
- Provides State contract and vendor management support on assigned projects to enforce adherence to project scope, budget, timeline, quality, and deliverables and manages project progress and reports on project and contract expectations.
- Assists and conducts the development of policies, methods, procedures, and forms to implement changes in management functions and implements and evaluates standardized policies and procedures as identified by the CSC.
- Assists with directing program and project management functions for process documentation and automation.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field by continuing education through online training platforms, meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in management information systems, data processing, telecommunications, or a directly related Information Technology related field.
- Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in management information systems, data processing, or telecommunications in a public or business organization.
