Perfect Binder Operator
📍Location: Villa Park, IL
🕰️ Shift: 1st or 2nd is available

Job Description:
- Set up and operate commercial grade bindery equipment.
⁃Experience binding printed materials like books.
⁃Work with Horizon or Duplo perfect binders.
⁃Read job tickets and follow manufacturing instructions.
⁃Monitor binding process: gluing, cover attachment and trimming.
⁃Quality check finished product for defects.
⁃Complete a daily production report.
⁃Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
⁃Collaborate with production, quality control and maintenance departments.
⁃Lift and move paper stock.
⁃Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot problems.
⁃Some familiarity with computers to perform set ups.
Seeking someone with bindery experience in printing.
