In support of this mission, the Professional Learning Instructional Designer will collaboratively lead design and implement innovative professional learning projects and experiences. The Professional Learning Instructional Designer will further cultivate a culture of learning and innovation at the TollwayEssential Job Functions
The Professional Learning Instructional Designer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and develop learning experiences across various delivery modes, including in-person training, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, hybrid learning as well as on the job experiences
- Design and develop innovative learning content (e.g., infographics, multimedia, games, etc.)
- Facilitate learning sessions in-person, virtually and hybrid variations
- Act as an administrator and user solution support for Learning Management System
- Develop and execute evaluation processes to track impact
- Utilize data analysis to determine programmatic improvements
- Analyze learner needs using instructional design best practices
- Write scripts for and create video and audio content
- Collaboratively strategize and plan for future programmatic growth and excellence
- Remain current on best practices in instructional design
- Collaborate with other departments and teams as needed
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
