- Serves as Case Assignment/Placement Unit Support.
- Maintains unit files consisting of open and closed unit records, inter- and intra- office memoranda, bulletins, letters, policy and procedures updates, etc.
- Answers incoming phone calls and greets visitors.
- Receives, sorts, and date stamps incoming mail and faxes and distributes to appropriate staff, which requires accessing tickler files (manual or automated) to determine appropriate distribution.
- Conducts complex timekeeping and payroll functions utilizing automated office equipment and technology.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
