Job Description
Hours: 3:30pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday)
QPS Employment Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler for one of our valued manufacturing clients in Monroe City, MO. In this role, you’ll be part of a hands-on production team responsible for building and assembling high-quality products used across various industries. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality will ensure every product meets customer expectations and safety standards.
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to blueprints, work orders and quality standards
- Operate hand and power tools to install, fasten or secure parts
- Inspect components and finished products for accuracy, quality and completeness
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production records
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workstation
- Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment
- Verify and organize incoming materials or components
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and timelines
