Job Description
Automotive Sales Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a key role in driving sales performance, leading a successful sales department, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring all processes are efficient and customer-focused.

Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to help them achieve individual and team goals.

Develop effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales and gross profit.

Manage inventory levels, pricing, and vehicle merchandising in collaboration with the management team.

Monitor sales metrics, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction scores to ensure consistent performance.

Assist in deal structuring, financing, and trade evaluations when needed.

Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to achieve overall dealership objectives.

Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management or similar leadership experience in a dealership setting.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team toward achieving and exceeding goals.

Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, finance options, and CRM systems.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
