East Peoria Painter Details:
- Electrical and Mechanical Assemblers
- Pay range from $17+
- East Peoria, IL
- First Shift and Second Shift
Responsibilities:
- Inspect job travelers before starting job to ensure routing steps are correct and products are properly tagged
- Create and maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas: no tools laying around work areas and old fixtures are not laid about assembly areas
- Position or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists.
- Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies.
- Create or update assembly work instructions
- Read and interpret assembly blueprints or specifications manuals and plan assembly or building operations.
- Fasten or install product components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools, and power tools
- Keep the assigned work station swept and cleaned as necessary, keep clutter and trip hazards out of work areas
- Use PPE, per training, as required for the specific task being performed
- Other jobs and/or duties as directed by Supervisor or Operations Manager
